I’m sitting in the tasting room as I write this update, escaping the heat that has settled in the Loire and indeed in many countries around the world. Days and days of very hot weather reaching up into the late 30’s (in the 90’s).

Harvest is still in progress here in the Loire. We’re still being woken up at 4am by our winemaking neighbours cranking up the harvester.
It was very ‘rockstar’ according to one member of the Aussie press that came to taste with me talking of my flying visit to Sydney.
