Spring has sprung here in the Loire and our season has kicked off in style. Many of our clients come down to the Loire for a day trip from Paris and blessed with perfect sunny days, it’s been a pleasure to get out and about in the vineyards again this year. We’ve had an early budburst and have a couple of inches of growth on the vines. All our hopes are now pinned on a frost free month. Mornings are still cool and so the chance of a frost is still a real possibility right up until late May.
