So what is a visite gourmande you might ask? Well, a visit with lovely nibbly bits to accompany the liqueurs and wonderful products that our local Saumur distillery produces.
Teaming up with chef Mikaël Pihours of Gambetta (1* Michelin), Francois Deplagne of L’Alchemiste (lovely restaurant just opposite the distillery) and François Godineau of Pâtisserie La Duchesse Anne (fabulous patisserie), Combier is offering a series of rather special visits on Saturday the 26th of May at 11h00, 11h30, 15h00 and 17h00. The classic distillery visit will be accompanied by lovely tasty morsels created especially to accompany the liqueurs.
