Angers is getting better and better. Every time we go there a new restaurant or wine shop has popped up, a new boutique or foodie place has opened and now there are some new places to stay while you are discovering the delights of Anjou. This is great news as until now, to be honest with you, Angers has been a bit light on the accommodation front.
So, let me give you three new addresses to look out for when looking for somewhere to rest your weary head after a day of wining, dining and sightseeing in Angers. They are all located right in the middle of town within easy reach of the restaurants/bars and shops.
First of all, a new chambres d’hotes – Maison Bossoreil opened its doors in January 2014 and has 5 rooms ranging from 60-120€ per night including breakfast.

Secondly if an appartment is more your thing then why not try Suit’Home location which has 4 appartments ranging from 100-125€ per night (based on one night and decreasing per night the longer the stay). Spic and span and newly refurbished they offer great value for money and are great when you want a little more independence.

And finally a little luxury can be found at a bargain price in Hotel 21 Foch which is on Boulevard Foch, the main boulevard in central Angers. Here prices range from 80-140€ for the 14 super contemporary rooms. Hotel 21 Foch opened its door in February and looks set to do well.
