Booking Conditions for WSET Courses PDF Print E-mail

Everything you need to know about booking a place on a WSET course.


  1. Full payment must accompany the booking form - provisional bookings are not accepted and places will only be confirmed once payment is received.
  2. Bookings will only be accepted on valid forms with a signed student declaration.
  3. Once booked no refunds are given for distance learning courses.
  4. Cancellations of confirmed places are accepted up to 28 days before the course start date. An administration fee of 35€ + the full cost of study materials supplied will be deducted and the remainder of the course refunded.
  5. Transfers of a confirmed booking to another course or applicant can be made up to 28 working days before the course starts on payment of a 35€ administration fee. Transfers cannot be carried forward to the next academic year and are subject to availability of alternative courses.
  6. Any confirmed course cancelled during the 28 working days prior to the start of the course will not be refunded.
  7. Examination dates are fixed to the course on to which you book.
  8. No refund or reduction in fees is available to those students who do not take the examination, or for those who previously purchased course books.
