Based between Angers and Saumur in the Loire valley, le tasting room is a small French business run by Cathy Shore & Nigel Henton. We have 25 years experience in the wine trade between us and run wine tastings, courses and Loire wine tours, working with a wide range of producers from all over the region. We are also licenced to run the internationally recognised Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Foundation and Intermediate courses here in France.
