Le Tasting Room

Unlike most other wine making regions in France the Loire is blessed with a breathtaking number of black grape varieties that produce wines of differing styles.  A two hour tutored Loire wine tasting that clearly illustrates the effects of terroir. You'll taste a light Pinot Noir, a peppery Pineau d'Aunis, a fruity Gamay, a spicy Malbec, a robust Cabernet Sauvignon and last but by no means least, the classic Anjou-Saumur black grape, the Cabernet Franc.
