Le Tasting Room

We spent a lovely couple of hours yesterday on the river at Le Thoureil with Alain Gillot who took a group of us out on his toué sablière.  Conditions were good so we were able to hoist the sail and have a taste of what it would have been like in the past to rely on the power of the wind rather than the engine.
