A lovely photo taken by one of our clients last year that reminds me of two of my favourite things – cheese, and Sybil, our chocolate lab. She seems to have an inbuilt timer when the cheese comes out and Reblochon is her particular favourite. Cheese has become a part of her life too since we moved to France and she is most upset on the rare occasions when we decide to pass on the cheese course. Who would have thought a dog could become so French!
